How long does a custom kitchen take from quote to install?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks. The free measure happens within a few days of your enquiry, the 3D design and itemised quote follow within a week, and on sign-off the build runs ~3 to 5 weeks in our Kempton Park workshop. The install itself is usually 1 to 3 days on site.
Do you only work in Kempton Park, or can you build anywhere in Gauteng?
We are based in Kempton Park and our service area covers Edenvale, Benoni, Boksburg, Germiston and Greater Johannesburg East Rand without travel fees. We will travel further into Gauteng for the right project — message us with the address and we will confirm.
Is the measure and quote really free?
Yes. The on-site measure, the 3D design, and the itemised quote are all free. You only commit when you accept the quote — there is no obligation before that.
What is included in the workmanship guarantee?
Every joint, hinge, drawer runner and edge finish we install is covered. If a door drops, a drawer runs rough, or an edge lifts, we come back and make it right at no charge. The guarantee covers workmanship indefinitely; hardware is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.
